Telecom Architect — Apply for this position

As a Telecom Architect you will be responsible to provide daily onsite support, systems design validation, technical solution development and delivery, deployment and advanced troubleshooting for Voice, Video, CVP and IPCC solutions. This will include all components of the CVP / IPCC environment, third party software and integrated peripheral systems.

Key knowledge, skills and experience required to be successful in this position are:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (technical documentation and client communication)
Cisco Unity 7.X experience
Cisco MeetingPlace Express
2-3 years VMWare ESX 3.5 support
5-10 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for ICM enterprises.
CISCO ICM Scripting Experience CISCO Translation Routing and CTI Experience CISCO Admin Workstation and Web View CISCO Network Interface Controller (NIC)
CISCO CTI Desktop application integration experience (Screen Pop)
CISCO Internet Application experience (CIS, CEM) {Web Collaboration, Chat, email}
5-10 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for Cisco Unified Call Manager - Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.X experience beneficial
5-10 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for IVR solutions and integrations.
5-10 years experience in a service/support or technical delivery role for Cisco Unity 7.X experience.
CISCO CVP Solution Architecture and Integration Design.
Ability to articulate and interpret design schemas (call flows, functional specifications, architectural diagrams, etc.)
Provide user training on Cisco IP phone equipment when necessary

Microsoft and Virtualisation Engineer — Apply for this position

The primary responsibility of the Microsoft and Virtualisation Engineer:

To ensure service availability and performance targets are achieved
To act as a point of escalation for the L2 engineers (Event handling and incident resolution)
Support Microsoft/VMware pre-release and release-delivery activities (when requested)
Create, document, and implement procedures related to solution builds, device configurations and deployments (with the solution Architect team)
Develop, test, and release Microsoft and VMware solutions
Design and deploy VMware templates for fast repeatable deployment

As a result, members of the Operations group must have excellent troubleshooting skills as well as thorough knowledge of all MEEZA’s products, services, and Service Management processes

Key knowledge, skills and experience required to be successful in this position are:

MCITP/MCSE backed up with 5 years practical hands on experience
VMware VCP 4.0 with 3 years practical hands on experience
NEXUS 1000v knowledge is desirable
In-depth troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
Experience with Oracle\SQL is desirable but not essential
Experience with LINUX is desirable but not essential
ITIL v3 foundation
Ability to design and deploy client solutions
Operational experience in managing/maintaining complex Windows\VMware environments
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation
