Our Service Management Framework
MEEZA has developed the Service Management Framework which is a process oriented service delivery methodology for all MEEZA services.
This framework ensures that MEEZA understands and optimises all the activities involved in delivering valuable, repeatable and high quality managed IT services to our clients. Importantly, the MEEZA SMF is based on the latest version of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3). This is the world standard for best practices relating to the delivery and management of IT Services throughout their lifecycle.
The MEEZA SMF provides a framework for end-to-end delivery of services from concept (or needs analysis) to design, into transition, to full operation and finally into a cycle of continual service improvement. The MEEZA SMF is the foundation that our services are built upon and enables MEEZA to deliver on our promise of Service Excellence.
