MEEZA Workplace Services

MEEZA Workplace Services offers value-added services to clients to assist them to manage their day to day IT tasks and communications requirements. The first MEEZA Workplace Services offerings include Client Services delivered through the MEEZA Service Centre.

Technical Services

Technical Services offer clients the ability to have highly skilled and dedicated technical resources available as and when the client needs them. These can be in the form of dedicated site-based engineering, shared, field-based engineering or on-call second, third and fourth line technical experts.

Utilising this MEEZA service removes the management overhead by ensuring all technical resources deliver maximum utilisation, are performance managed, kept up-to-date on technical ability and accreditation and provide consistency of cover by delivering alternative resources during periods of planned staff absence.

The MEEZA Service Centre enables our clients to leverage world-class technology, processes and people with a customised look and feel. The service applications employed include HP Service Manager 7.1 and Cisco Unified Contact Centre (Hosted) which are industry leading, integrated, end-to-end solutions allowing for clear decision making based around quality data capture and management.
