Managed Network
MEEZA's Managed Network service enables our clients to leverage industry-leading infrastructure and outsource their network maintenance to MEEZA professionals.
Managed Network is available to clients who utilise MEEZA's managed Hardware service, or those who have chosen to co-locate their equipment in M-VAULT data centres.
Managed Firewall
Designed for M-VAULT clients who wish to leverage our industry leading network infrastructure and embedded security solutions. Our shared Cisco Firewall blade infrastructure gives us the ability to provide a firewall-secured network environment customized to the needs of each client environment.
Once installed and configured, the solution will be monitored to proactively respond to service interruptions.
Managed Hardware
MEEZA Managed Hardware is based on leading HP server technology. MEEZA takes responsibility for procurement, deployment and maintenance.
MEEZA Managed Hardware is hosted in our M-VAULT 1 data centre, a facility that delivers the highest levels of security, scalability and availability to our clients.
Managed Hardware is connected through our robust Managed Network and is proactively monitored utilising our Enhanced Monitoring Service.
Managed Operating System
MEEZA's Managed W2008 Operating System service is available for M-Vault clients who have subscribed to Managed Hardware. With the addition of this service, MEEZA will take over responsibility for the licensing, management, monitoring and patching of the Operating System on managed equipment.
A standard, hardened installation of the Operating System will be deployed and will contain the most recent MEEZA validated patches, service packs and updates.
In addition, MEEZA will install and configure HP-Openview based agents to monitor critical system thresholds.
Managed Backup and Restore
MEEZA's Managed Backup offers clients a robust, proven technology for quickly and securely backing up their mission critical data. MEEZA will perform a backup scheduled during non-peak hours to minimize load or disruption to client network connections.
For Data Centre Services clients (Colocation, Data Suite), backup is facilitated through the MEEZA backup network while Managed SAN clients can utilize a direct fibre channel link to their data.
Managed Storage
MEEZA's Managed SAN offers our M-Vault hosted clients a high performing, highly available storage environment for their mission-critical data. This is a powerful option for clients wanting to minimise reliance on server hard disk as a point of failure, remove the risk of storage capacity management and introduce resilience at the data layer into their business solutions.
MEEZA's Managed SAN Service is powered by an enterprise-class HP StorageWorks Disk Array designed with full internal redundancy at the disk, cache, and switch level. The array includes battery backup to ensure a robust solution for MEEZA clients. Additional onboard disk spares are available for replacement in case of an outage.
Data Centre Services
MEEZA is well positioned to offer highly secure, available and scalable Data Centre Services to our clients. M-Vault 1, MEEZA's Tier 3 Data Centre is located at a highly secure facility within the Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP) and delivers 99.98% availability, the highest level offered from any commercial Data Centre in Qatar. QSTP is also home to C3 - MEEZA's state-of-the-art command and control centre which monitors and optimises the performance and utilisation of MEEZA's data centres.
Colocation
Provides clients with secure cabinets to house their IT equipment in the M-Vault. Clients provide their own IT equipment assuming all responsibility for management and maintenance.
Data Suite
Provides clients with a secure, dedicated section of the M-Vault to support their IT requirements. Clients are provided with security cages, raised floor and power and are responsible for providing all telecommunications and IT equipment.
Remote Hands
MEEZA's Remote Hands service is available for M-Vault clients who wish to utilize our onsite technicians to perform clearly defined actions that are detailed in a request. This allows routine services to be performed on client equipment without the need to attend the M-Vault data centre.
System Administration
MEEZA's Systems Administration service is available for M-Vault clients who require deeper support from MEEZA technicians to meet their business systems needs. Where Remote Hands allow MEEZA staff to act as client hands and eyes, System Administration services allow us to act as your outsourced IT group.
