End-User Services are intended to provide support and maintenance for all authorised end users for the client. MEEZA adheres to the ITIL Service Management processes for work performed within this service. As part of this service, MEEZA provides management, maintenance, and support of the current end-user environment and engages with third-party vendors who supply various end-user devices.This service provides end-users a fully managed end-user compute (EUC) service, and user support including operating system, office applications, patching, anti-virus, and managed break/fix warranty service, all for a fixed monthly charge. MEEZA’s End User Compute services are delivered against committed KPIs, which are frequently measured and communicated to our customers in monthly Service Reports. Service reporting is collaboratively delivered alongside a wider Service Management engagement, typically involving monthly/quarterly service reviews.
